In this module we will train in developing more calmth and concentration. This will increase your mental and emotional resilience, so that impulses, thoughts and stress have less impact on you. This module is perfect for you if you long for more inner calmth, more focus and stability in your daily life.
In calming meditation, breath is often used as an anchor and object of meditationl. But you can achieve calmness in different ways as well. Together we will figure out what works for you.
It is possible to train calmth and concentration! In 4 weaks you will learn various simple but effective forms of meditation. Applicable at home, at work or on the road. Together we will create a safe and quiet atmosphere for practice, so that you can discover what works for you. We will research how you can keep your focus without too much effort and without being to strict for yourself. Experience with meditation is not necessarry, but no problem either.
